I really do have an issue with self-sabotage. As soon as I decide I am going to be tough and stick to my goals I go get a milkshake! WTF!? It is like I am saying dang it I can do what I want – but what I want it to be healthy – I can’t have it both ways. If I want to lose weight fast I can’t eat Banana Milkshakes! At least I had a good workout yesterday and am still at my goal weight although I am not sure I am going to meet my goal with the way I am going. I have to be totally on my calories! At least 3 days a week. Today I started with 1/2 cup oatmeal, mixed with a handful of raisins, 1/2 a green apple, 1/8 cup chopped pecans, and 1/2 cup milk. Oh and I had a hard boiled egg on the side. Probably 350 calories. My snack will be a banana – about 65 calories. Then a cheese stick 80 calories. So by lunch I will be at 500 calories – 1/3 of my daily – so that is okay I guess?! I guess I will see if I lose my 2 lbs this week!
